We also automatically collect basic technical information when you visit our site, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
We use the information you provide to evaluate whether you may be eligible for surrogacy, to contact you about your submission, and — if you qualify — to connect you with a trusted partner surrogacy agency. We may also use your contact information to respond to questions you send us.
We do not use your information for marketing purposes unless you explicitly opt in. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

We may also share information if required to do so by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Borne or others.
Your questionnaire responses are submitted through Netlify Forms and stored on Netlify's servers, which are SOC 2 compliant and use encryption at rest and in transit. Access to submission data is restricted to authorized Borne personnel only.
Our website uses HTTPS encryption to protect data transmitted between your browser and our servers. While no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your personal information.
We retain your questionnaire responses for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law.
